Dubai, 21 April 2009 - The ordinary meeting of the shareholders of AUTOGRILL MIDDEL EAST MANAGING OFFICE LLC. (Dubai: AGL IM) held today under the chairmanship of Gilberto Benetton approved the financial statements for 2008. The meeting also voted to allocate profits for the year entirely to reserves.
