Dubai, 27 April 2005 - A meeting of the shareholders of AUTOGRILL MIDDEL EAST MANAGING OFFICE LLC. (Dubai: AGL IM), held today under the chairmanship of Gilberto Benetton, approved the financial statements for the year ending 31st December 2004 as drafted by the board of directors.
