Dubai, 26 January 2005 - Referring to unconfirmed reports published in the press today, AUTOGRILL MIDDEL EAST MANAGING OFFICE LLC. (Dubai: AGL.MI) said that it was following a number of dossiers relating to its business growth in and outside Italy, but that, nevertheless, no decision concerning the press reports had been taken during the Board of Directors meeting held this morning.
