Meeting today, the Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) appointed Marco Patuano as a non-executive Director to replace Gianni Mion, in accordance with the procedure required under art. 2386, section 1, Italian Civil Code.
The newly-appointed Director has declared that he is not independent pursuant to art. 147-ter, section 4, or art. 148, section 3, of the Legislative Decree. 58/98 nor pursuant to principle 3.C.1, of Issuers’ Corporate Governance Code as per art. 3.1 of Autogrill’s Corporate Governance Code and art. 10 of the Company’s by-laws.
Born in Alessandria on 6 June 1964, Marco Patuano graduated in business economics at Università Bocconi, Milan, and did post-graduate studies in Europe and the United States. From 1990 to 2016 he
worked at Telecom Italia Group, where he became managing director in 2011. He has been appointed managing director of Edizione S.r.l. on 18 January 2017.
