Milano , 05 August 2002 - Autogrill S.p.A.’s Board of Directors, meeting today, approved the 2002 Half Year Report (*)
Group performance in the half year
Net sales. At 30 June 2002, the Autogrill Group had overall net sales of 1,526.7 million euros, an increase of 2.6% compared to the same period of the previous year (+ 2.3% net of the exchangerate effect).
Channel sales, i.e. net sales realized by franchising outlets, reached 1,563.5 million euros.
The company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l. effective as from November 1st, 2023 .
At the same time, the company World Duty Free S.r.l. was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..
